Basic Responsibilities:

  • Manage connections with new and current partners as well as own and drive the strategy for strategic partnerships.

Labor & Employment Counsel – LogicMonitor Jobs

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Strategically advise clients on a variety of labor and employment-related issues in a proactive manner. Including, but not restricted to, labor relations, employee benefits, employment agreements and policy-related concerns, FMLA, wage and hour legislation, workers’ compensation, unemployment and other state agency claims, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, ERISA, state laws governing worker’s compensation and employment discrimination, employment-related lawsuits, grievances, and arbitrations, and generally supports the General Counsel, Labor Relations, and Human Resources Departments.
  • Just as in most other LogicMonitor Jobs, in this position you will be required to be able to create, evaluate, and offer suggestions for policies and procedures.
  • Know when to bring specific issues to the General Counsel’s attention.
  • Inform clients and other interested parties on legal issues, rules, and practices.

Basic Responsibilities:
